Ms. Delia is a Rutgers Law Graduate who has spent years working within the judicial system, including the Superior Court of New Jersey.
She clerked for the Honorable John J. Matthessen, J.S.C. in the Family Part Division on the Adoption and Children in Court docket. There she became familiar with Division (DCP&P, formally known as DYFS) cases.
Ms. Delia has also served clients on a pro bono basis through the Rutgers Law Domestic Violence Clinic with restraining orders, custody disputes, and relocation requests.
As a Certified Mediator, Ms. Delia has had experience with an array of issues and knows how to listen to what the client wants.
